Ohio
Running for: State Representative, District 43
which includes parts of Montgomery and Preble Counties
The mother of two sons, the wife of a union ironworker, and a union public school teacher herself, Amy is well-equipped to strengthen the power of working people. She is running for state representative because she is a Preble County native who wants to serve the working class in her community. Why? Because she is part of the working class. Amy understands the importance of having an educator, who will ask tough questions, at the table. And she is ready to do that in Columbus.
Priorities:
Ending Right to Work laws and creating new jobs by strengthening Ohio’s industries; bringing back the middle class; overhauling the state funding system for education; protecting the expansion of Medicaid; supporting Ohio’s farmers.
